Before entering the house, you will discover a beautiful garden designed for outdoor lunches and dinners beneath a charming pergola covered with climbing plants and elderflowers, creating a peaceful and authentic countryside atmosphere.
Surrounded by bees gently searching for pollen, you can fully enjoy the quiet beauty of nature. The garden also features a hammock and several benches where you can relax, rest, or even fall asleep for a few pleasant hours under the fresh sunlight and the warm air of Tuscany.
Passing through this peaceful garden, you will then be welcomed into the house, carrying with you the calm and serenity of the countryside.
SLEEPING PEACEFULLY
With a total amount of two huge beds, there is enough space to comfortably sleep at least four people, experiencing a level of peace you may have never felt before. You can enjoy the perfect sleep for hours and hours, waking up as if you had slept on the finest silk.
So, after a good dinner and a couple of relaxing hours in front of the chimney, reading a good book and drinking a glass of wine, you can head to the bedroom while listening to the beautiful silence of the night, ready to experience a kind of sleep you simply cannot find anywhere else.
Then, waking up in the morning to the singing of the birds, you can start what may become one of the most unforgettable days of your life in the best possible way.
The classic Italian breakfast.
Awakened by the singing of the birds, you will make your way to the “tasting room,” where you can enjoy a traditional Italian breakfast in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Choosing directly from the buffet, you will be able to drink fresh coffee and enjoy bread with butter and honey produced by the estate itself, taste local homemade jams, and eat fruit freshly picked together with you directly from the trees. You may also enjoy fresh milk from local cows and cereals, with a small supplement of only 5 euros per person.
It is the perfect way to begin your day in front of the warm fire of a fireplace, surrounded by genuine zero-kilometre products and the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.
From there, your day can continue among the thermal waters of Terme di Saturnia, discovering the reality of the estate, relaxing by the pool, enjoying horseback rides through the Tuscan landscape, and visiting the ancient Etruscan towns of Sorano and Pitigliano.
All of this while being only around two hours from Rome and just one hour away from the sea.
In front of a crackling fire.
With a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and a bookshelf, you can experience the true pleasure of countryside living. In the morning, as soon as you wake up, you may still see the glowing embers inside the fireplace, and before enjoying a good coffee and an unforgettable breakfast, you can take a moment to bring the fire back to life from those warm ashes.
Then, after a pleasant yet tiring day, you can enjoy a relaxing shower before returning, fully satisfied, to the soft sofa in front of the warm fireplace. There, while enjoying the last golden hours of sunlight, you can finally rest and prepare yourself for a peaceful and unforgettable night of sleep.

Although at first glance the bathroom may appear simple and essential, its refined and modern design immediately reveals an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. The wall-mounted walk-in shower, without surrounding barriers and inspired by high-end contemporary bathrooms, transforms every moment into an experience of comfort and peace.
Especially after long hours spent at the thermal baths of Terme di Saturnia or after a relaxing day by the pool at Podere Sopra La Ripa, the bathroom becomes the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and fully enjoy a moment of quiet wellbeing.
A traditional kitchen
Although we warmly invite you to enjoy lunches and dinners inside our tasting room, you will still have the possibility to prepare your own meals in the kitchen of your house.
Equipped with everything essential, the kitchen allows you to personally cook and enjoy local dishes and traditional recipes, making the most of the authentic products of the region. It is the perfect opportunity to experience the genuine flavours of the Tuscan countryside in complete freedom, turning even a simple meal into a memorable and authentic moment.
